Good Mood Food is all inclusive to everyone wanting more plants on their plates. All meals are plant based and can be ordered as full meals or add-ons for busy families and individuals. Ingredients are exactly as I use for my own family, organic preferred, avoiding the Environmental Working Group’s (EWG) “dirty dozen” and cooked with cast iron skillets, stainless steel pots, non-Teflon granite coated fry pans and pressure cookers.
Options include fully prepared meals, individual items, catering, dinner parties and overnight shipping.
